Hi all,

It's not a secret when a system fails; however, it's ridiculous to deal with stupid people. What I mean.

My today's balance was £253.03, and I have paid £55.00, with a remaining £198.03. There's another plan that I have got for £544.00, and it ends on 3rd Dec 25. So, the total amount will be £742.03.

The estimated interest shows me £194.14. How the *** is it possible to be so high? I called Argos Finance to discuss this failure. However, no one could give me a proper answer to my query.

For anyone who didn't understand, I usually pay £7...£9 interest on the amount up to £500. For the sum of £740, the estimated interest could be £19.41, but not £194.41.

£742 x 0.026 = £19.29 26%

£742 × 0.262 = £192.90 260%

Of course, I have another plan, but the 3rd has got a long time to be finished.

£1,497 × 0.026 (26%) = £38.92

Preferred solution: Apology.

Location: Leyton, Waltham Forest
